Objective

PASS provides funding support for non-profit-making projects aimed at:

  1. (i)increasing the exchanges and co-operation of Hong Kong’s professional services with their counterparts in external markets;
  2. (ii)promoting relevant publicity activities; and
  3. (iii)enhancing the standards and external competitiveness of Hong Kong’s professional services.
