Funding Principle

The maximum amount of grant for an approved project is 90% of the total eligible project cost, or HK$3 million, whichever is lower.

The Grantee should meet the remaining balance of the project cost through self-financing, third party sponsorship, income derived from the project or other means, all of which must be free of placement of commercial advertisements in the project venue or materials. The Grantee’s contribution to the project cost may be in cash or in-kind.
